We have launched a new page titled “databases“ which provides an easy-to-understand overview of key life science databases made publicly available by RIKEN.
The page lists the types of data accessible for each organism and includes direct links to the original data sources.
In this first release, information is available for the following databases: FANTOM5, SSBD:database, and Bio-resources (RIKEN BRC).
This page aims to promote the effective use of these data resources by researchers.
